Costa Rican Condo Renovation

Recently, I found out that my parents beautiful Costa Rican condo had been abused and neglected by poor management and horrible renters. My dad was fed up and decided he needed to sell it since they now live out of the country. I knew that in its current condition, it was not show ready, so I came to the realization that I needed to go down there and do a major renovation and remodel.  I had a total of 10 days to get the job fully completed.  Here is the before and after video!
