Highly recommended! We were looking for a college rental for our son via the internet and another agent for over a year. We would find something of interest and notify the agent; it would take them a few days before any feed back was received. In this market many properties would be under contract within hours of being listed. The agent we were using was reactive instead of proactive. On one of my visits to Bellingham I found a property of interest. I knew it wouldn't last long on the market. I contacted the agent I was using and told them I had wanted to see a property, but they weren't available at the time, even though they knew I had made a special trip to town to shop for real estate. This is the best thing that could have happened. I walked in to Windermere and told them I wanted to talk to an agent. Low and behold Faith was the floor agent that day. Within hours she showed me the property I was interested in and many others. Over a week we looked at new listings and even made some offers on a few. Faith was relentless. I left town without securing any property. Faith continued to work just as hard after I returned home; finding new listings, inspecting them and so on.
